Would you capitalize internet?
Depends on the context. There are two meanings to it.
1) Any interconnection of two or more physical networks.
2) The global interconnection of networks.
If, for example, I hook three separate AppleTalk netwotks together (via routers)
I have an "internet" (lower case, meaning 1 above).
When I sent this message, I sent it over the Internet (Upper case, meaning 2,
note the definite rather than indefinite article).
Have fun,
