I think you'll be very pleased with Paper Direct. My only reservation is
that the paper is thinner (because it has to run through a laser) than you
would get from a professional print shop. This shows up especially in the
business cards.
I worked out of a self-help print shop using their papers. Even though I
had the Paer Direct template software, there are still some alignment
issues iif you have text close to the borders. Otherwise I think you'll be
very pleased. Also, ask them about their Technique magazine.
