Writing skills appear to take the back seat.
** When it comes to recruiting writers, there's a "You have to learn
pinball" syndrome. Everyone believes that the only proper road to
enlightenment is the one he/she travelled him/herself. Writers will
look for fellow writers, techies will look for fellow techies.
