TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
But what of those poor folks among us who do not have full Internet access?
Putting all job postings on Web pages cuts them out entirely.

STC now has a home page where job listings can be posted, and they are going
to let each chapter have a home page, ftp site or mailing list. That would
be
a great place for all of the job postings that show up on this list. Those
of
us who get digests cannot delete these without deleting all of the other
activity on the list, so it would be nice if the really lengthy ones were
just
referenced and people could go read the details somewhere else, in my humble
opinion.
