This is really true. Six months ago we posted an ad for someone to help us
put together targeted mailing lists and do other marketing-related tasks.
The person we hired took the initiative to survey some organizations we
supply information to about the kinds of communication products they
wanted, etc. BEFORE the interview. We wanted her to start the afternoon of
the first interview! She's a jewel.
