>David Dubin wrote: How do most of you handle spacing between text and
graphics, text and tables, and between text blocks within a document?
I include the spacing as part of the style definition. I also set the "Keep
with next" on to force the graphic to stay with it caption (which is under).
StyleDef: Before:12pts, after: 0pts. The caption style has a 6 pts space
under and 0pts before.
Both the figure and the caption are centered between the page margins.
