Techwhirlers,
A friend of mine, an engineer but still a nice person, has a question
to ask you all. I'll let him explain his need. He's not subscribed
to this list, so you'll need to send your replies to his address,

I am looking for recommendations for development and distribution
software for an electronic manual project. The project will require
keyword searching both global and within chapters and subsections,
hypertext links within the document and a sealess interface to a
database to allow queries. Figure and tables will also need to be
displayed. Thank-you for your help.
