refresh vs. update summary

Hi,

Thanks to everyone who responded to my question about refresh vs. update.
Here are the results in short:

Refresh 8
Update 2
Refresh Screen 3
Get Changes 1
Repaint 1

It looks as though Refresh is considered the standard (at least on this
list). The issue is not closed yet, but we'll probably use either Refresh
or Refresh Screen/Display. The non-techies seem to think Refresh Display
is ok.
