You can always find someone willing to call the practitioners of another
profession a pack of idiots. I've never been able to find a correlation
between this practice and evidence of actual idiocy. Every time I've
looked, I've discovered that the profession in question had a lot more
intricacy and value than I had imagined.
Such criticism says something about the speaker, though.
