project-by-project basis. Fees set by agency. Kill fee for writer.

Required information and format.
All writers wishing to be considered must provide CM ASSOCIATES with a
3.5" diskette formatted for IBM DOS, with the follwing **ASCII TEXT**
documents in a single file:
1. a **1** page description detailing writing experience and areas of
expertise; use cover letter style. Writers **must** indicate the extent
of their paid professional experience.
**This will be the primary tool used to determine for what sort of
assignments the writer wishes to be considered (i.e.; speechwriting,
Op/Ed, travel, etc.), as well as the first document the customer will see**
So treat this as your primary sales tool, as you would any cover letter.
2. A **1** page resume highlighting your training and experience as a
writer, with address and contact information (include E-mail address, if
you have one).
3. A **1 - 2** page writer's bibliography which showcases the writers
area(s) of expertise.
