Techwhirlers -
I am currently co-authoring a technical writing book and one of my
co-authors would like your help. (Yes, I know there are lots of technical
writing books out there, but we're trying to make this a really good,
really useful one.)
We'd like to include some of the usage issues that are currently big
discussion points, as well as old favorites that continue to merit
discussion. Where better to turn for these types of opinions than this list?
So, please pass along your favorite usage issues. If you have a preferred
way of handling it (e.g., log on vs. log in), let us know that too.
Please send your responses directly to Carol Barnum (who doesn't get
TECHWR-L) at cbarnum -at- sct -dot- edu -dot- You can also contact me at
pberger -at- world -dot- std -dot- com if necessary.
Thank you in advance for helping out.
