First reaction I have is that you have to pay royalities to distribute Folio or
SmarText titles. The WinHelp viewer is already sitting there waiting on every
PC running Windows.
PC Magazine had a series of articles last fall devoted to electronic
publishing. It covered all the options, the only exception being Microsoft
Multimedia Viewer, which is sort of like WinHelp on steroids. That set of
articles is worth reading.
