"The issue has come up in real life with trademarks like Kleenex,
Thermos, and Zipper."


Per "The NY Public Library Writer's Guide to Usage and Style", writers and
editors must capitalize a trademark in manuscripts or other publications. The
trademark symbol is not required in these same documents.
