We are attempting to develop a usability testing program to test software
documentation. Does anyone know of any companies that do usability testing
in North Carolina? What I'm looking for is a company that does this as a
service, not a company that tests only their own documentation. Also, is
there a usability testing /usability engineering mailing list?
