Does anyone out there (here) do much proposal writing of
the business to government variety? I am looking for a book
or two to use as grounding and general reference. I have seen
a few mentions of Hill & Whalen, 1993, but would like a
recommendation ot two. This is to prep myself before a
series of interviews to take place in two days, so any off the
cuff responses/advice would be greatly appreciated.
