I feel soooo sorry for you. Poor boy!

If you really don't want to waste time on this sort of mismatch, why doesn't
your ad state how much you're willing to pay for each category of writer?

In fact, why not publish how much you've paid all the people you've ever hired?

Why should you hold your cards tight to the vest while all the little
supplicants bare their "salary histories" for you. ...RM
