You're making unwarranted assumptions. The only way we know when a change
has been made is if we go into the system to check something else, or go
into the system to verify our documents, or we hear by gossip.
or else I made an incorrect assumption about your intent. If you mean we
know which ones we have changed the information for in our dox, then yes -
and we will be having a list available that says "screen information updated
in this version" or some such. This will be in the printed document as well
as in the help file.

You must know most of the windows that changed. How about providing
the end users with a list of titles for all windows that change? They
can receive the list in hardcopy or online and be able to print it.
