Bill, IMHO there is NOTHING intuitive about Frame (beginning with starting
a new document). You can grasp the basics from the manuals if you have a
good grasp of templates and stylesheets. It's worth your time to send a few
of your staff, even one, to a Frame basics class. After you've played with
frame a while you can go back for a template development class.
