Nothing in a newspaper is publishable elsewhere unless the
newspaper has given permission for such publication. I learned
that today by calling the _Orange County Register_ in Santa Ana,
California, and speaking to Bob Coles, the person in charge
of granting permission for such publication elsewhere.
