<<The second one says, "If possible, position the monitor to face east.">>
I suspect it's just one of those internal jokes that somehow got put into
the manual and never got noticed and taken out.
The setup program for our products has a radio button to allow the user to
choose the background color (why, I can't possibly imagine). When I got the
reviews back on the instruction manual for the setup program, one of the
reviewers had suggested that I add "Red is recommended" to that description
and I almost took him seriously and did it.
