in FrameMaker.
I don't use any 3rd party flow charting packages with Frame (I don't
even know if there are any). However, I have created flow charts
using Frame's graphics tools. If your charts are not too complex
(i.e., if you have only a dozen or two items to move about), then
Frame is a sufficient tool.
