Probably, STC's Technical Communications journal and their Intercom newsletter
are the most popular ones, especially if you're primarily interested in articles
about the writing process, style and the profession. These publications tend to
avoid tool-specific articles and focus more on writing skills.
If you want a publication that addresses technology trends as it relates to
technical communications, then Digital Media (a Seybold Report) and their new
email-distributed, abbreviated version (same name) are great!
