While it's true that some lists are operated by hand, if Bob Blake had read the
documentation he automatically received when he subscribed, he would have
known how to unsubscribe. Also, his message was rude and uncalled for. For
those reasons, I'm glad that Pat publicly chastised him. Maybe he'll think
twice next time.
I, too, have noticed that mail coming from certain places tends toward the
moronic more often than other mail. I don't want to generalize, though. (So I
won't :-) )
