Subject:Telecommuting: Who pays for the set up? From:elizabeth_huth -at- GILBARCO -dot- COM Date:Thu, 21 Sep 1995 08:18:08 EST
Hey Telecommuters!
A few of us in the office were hanging around the water cooler and wondering
who paid for the set up of computer, modem, fax machine, paper, software, etc.,
for you.
Did your company finance your office away from the office? Did they help you
upgrade any existing equipment? Or is it one of those instances where if you
wanted to do this, then you'd have to foot the bill. I would think that if it
was the latter, it may initially cut into all the benefits.
