Starting in early December
Responsibilities: Research and write on-line Help for
Windows -based software. Possible future involvement in
multimedia CBT projects. Design and prepare paper-
based documents including User Guides. Work closely
with product development teams, and contribute to GUI
design and testing.
Qualifications: Experience in writing both on-line and
paper-based information for software products. Proven
ability to manage complex technical writing projects for
software products. Four-year degree in Technical
Communication, Journalism, English or related.
Experience in banking, finance or accounting a plus.
