Introduction to Writing Windows Help: Nuts and Bolts
Jean Ghandchi and Deborah Phillips, the co-managers of the Silicon
Valley Chapter's WinHelp SIG, will talk about writing Windows Help
files (context-sensitive help files for Windows software programs).
This presentation, which is aimed at beginners, will include what
online help is and isn't, resources for getting started, planning
text, and how writing for online viewing differs from writing printed
documentation.
Questions from the audience are welcome.
