Hi!
I may be missing something, but I have noticed lately, that there are a lot
of capitalized words in message titles, like IMPORTANT!. What is the
purpose of these?
My first thought is that the person using this IMPORTANT is trying to tell
the group that their message is more important than anyone else's on this
topic. That may be wrong, but that is the impression I get, and I'm not
sure I like it. To me it feels like shouting for attention in a group of
people.
I suppose I will get a lot of flames on my post, but I felt I should post
anyway, in the hopes this practice will stop.
