Subject:APA Style for citing online docs From:LaVonna Funkhouser <lffunkhouser -at- HALNET -dot- COM> Date:Tue, 21 Nov 1995 08:03:52 -0600
I have been told that the latest edition of the APA (American
Psychological Assn.) Style Guide contains information about
citing online sources. I do not have that edition because I
had just purchased the edition before it about a year before the
new one came out.
From what I've seen discussed on Purtopoi and H-Rhetor, the new
APA guide incorporates the styles outlined by Xia Li and Nancy
Crane in their book, _Electronic Style: A guide to citing electronic
information_ (published by MecklerMedia). I *do* own this book.
If you have a specific question, I might be able to answer it,
but your question is so broad now that I'd have to quote the whole book!
