Mike LaTorra sent a very helpful list of web tools and WWW resources.
Mike,
You might also add HotDog Pro 2.0 to your list. HotDog has two editors that
it presently markets. I've used both of them, and I find that the customizing
features in HotDog Pro are quite helpful.
BTW, what's your rating scale? Is it a ranking solely by comparison between
applications, or does it include desired features that none of the existing
editors have?
Thanks,

PS--I've heard that Netscape Navigator Gold is supposed to have WYSIWYG
functionality. Is it all that functional?
