Would key words include names of programs (such as "FrameMaker") or
only skills (such as "online help")? Is there a problem with two or
more words in a phrase? For example, is desktop publishing read as
"desktop" and "publishing" or "desktop publishing"?

When submitting a resume, should we submit TWO, with one marked as
"Electronic" or "For Scanning" or something similar?

Just when I think I've got the answer, they change the question!
