For the first time, I saw an employment advertisement that explicitly stated
that resumes submitted will be scanned and should therefore be formatted
in blank ink on white paper with 10-14 point type. The ad appeared in the
Sunday, December 10, 1995 issue of Raleigh's _The News and Observer_.
There was no mention of keywords. :-)
