The trend seems to be in the other direction. More and more managers are
looking for qualified people with less experience so they can pay them a
lower salary. Lots of people with years of experience in the profession are
being let go and replaced by inexpensive newbies.
I don't know to what degree this has imapcted TW, but it appears inevitable
that it will.
