I always put a disclaimer in my manuals - then one day I found that our
client license agreement warrants that the software works "substantially as
described in the accompanying documentation" (see Appendix so-and-so), since
the manuals are the only publishable document that say what the software does.
That's what we call a nicely rounded argument!
