There are many objections to even trying this:
o Are you going to print the HTML forms too?
o How do you propose to paginate? Remember that the
browser user can resize to any size they jolly well feel like.
o Most browser users can also choose their fonts and point sizes.
If you want to view the text in 18 point zapf dingbats, you can do so.
But (IMHO) the worst problem is that HTML doesn't let you format
very much to begin with.
If one absolutely insists on giving it a shot, try using a very good DTP
(Interleaf or perhaps Frame5) and putting the required additional
hard copy formatting commands inside conditionals.
