I don't know of any English grammar lists, but I do know of an English
usage newsgroup that may offer some help. The group is called
alt.usage.english. It covers a wide range of usage questions (many of
questionable relevance) and may be able to offer help when needed. If
nothing else, it provides a little entertainment now and then.
