Subject:Update: Providing Doc Source Material From:Karen Gwynn/Datatel <Karen_Gwynn -at- DATATEL -dot- COM> Date:Thu, 8 Feb 1996 12:11:50 EDT
For those of you who responded to my orginial posting, or were interested in
the topic, we have reached a resolution regarding the client's request for
documentation source: we will not deliver the source files to that, or anyother
client at this time. I belive the augments that were used were (1) we don't
give away programming source, so why should we give away doc source and (2) we
don't have the manpower or the systems in place to support this "option."
We will, however, continue to make PostScript files available.
Oh well, life in the fast lane goes on. Thanks again to everyone who responded.
Karen
