No, I'm not sure. I make no warranties of usability of or access to the
referenced mailing lists. I just stumbled across them while browsing
through a web site, remembered that one of this list's members was
looking for a grammar list, and decided to share the information.
Even if the list were open to the public, I'm not sure it would be
useful: after all, if it is intended for a college course, it would be at
the sophomore level. However, considering our banter on some grammatical
topics, maybe that's the level we need ;-). (Don't flame me, I was
joking!)
