A couple of people here use a technique called 'the janitor solution'.
When they have an intractable technical problem, they explain it to me.
I nod a lot and ask questions. To explain the problem clearly they are
forced to think about it logically. Often the answer suddenly appears
to them half way through the explanation.
So, how about 'Janitor'?
I don't think they realise yet that this is me doing my job as a TW. They
think they just happened to figure it out right then...
