Technical writer needed for Plano software developer. We develop
computer telephony products for PCs in a client-server environment.
Our products run under Novell and NT servers and Windows clients.
We're looking for someone who knows how to meet tight (and short)
deadlines, can talk C and scripting to engineers, and is
self-motivated. This position requires solid experience documenting
systems and telephony processes.
Requires 2+ years experience with the following:
Word for Windows (6.0 or 7.0)
Doc-to-Help
Programming (C language)
Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
