I'm interested in finding out the ways writers (especially technical writers)
are using the Internet. I see references on this list for other listservs from
time to time, but little else.
Just how does everyone make use of some of the other services (WWW, usenet,
telnet, etc.)
-----------------snip-----------------
In addition to various listservs, I use it
-to access the catalog for the Library of Congress to check references for
journal articles I'm editing
-to look up the meaning of acronyms (especially military ones) through various
lists of acronyms on the Web
-to check technical information through various Web sites
