Subject:YOUR FAVORIATE HTML EDITOR From:SUZANNE PYLE <comline -at- STAR -dot- NET> Date:Tue, 2 Apr 1996 23:33:13 -0500
For a while there was the debate over HTML versus Adobe Acrobat. For those
of us who heartily agree that HTML is the open road to online documents,
what editor do you use or would recommend?
Particularly for MS Word documents, is there an editor that can easily
click in the HTML tags in a Word file, and act as a browser too? I
know internet assistant can offer some of this, but don't think it
supports HTML 3.0 (or does it? And if you know, can you provide the
URL to download latest and greatest?). Some editors I've heard a lot
about lately are:
Adobe Page Mill, HotMetal, HTML Assistant, HTML Transit....any comments on
these?
