I am using Frame 5.0. I have looked for such a feature
and documentation of such a feature. Where should I be
looking to find this miracle? :)

See Appendix C in the UNIX manual for information on macros.
Not sure about location in other manuals.
"The Frame Handbook" has a nice chapter on macros.
Macros are found in File>Utilities>Keyboard Macros.
I may be lucky now, but it took a long time for luck
to find me.
