TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
From recent posts, I gather a fair number of us techwr-lers are attending
the Seattle STC conference. Is anybody interested in getting together and
finally putting faces to our names?
Perhaps we could arrange a dinner one evening, or meet over coffee between
sessions.
Does anybody with knowledge of the Seattle area (never been there myself)
have suggestions for possible locales?
I don't want to swamp the list with responses, so please respond directly to
me, and I'll do my best to coordinate.
