Third-button-click won't work as many people have two-button mice.
Something like, "click primary button", "click middle button" " click
secondary button" strikes me as possible. It needs a note somewhere with a
pictures of two- and three-button mice defining these terms and noting that
Windows 3.1 and 95 each provide facilities for interchanging the functions
of the outer buttons for the convenience of the left handed.
A nuisance, but I feel it's necessary.
