Easiest way is to get the Blue Sky DLL for this. It also has a little exe
fie that checks for three different browsers.
Also, the Microsoft Help AUthoring KIT - the book - documents ways of
starting up Internet Explorer, e.g:
(bear with me on this)
{bmc button.bmp Microsoft!ExecFile(start, http://<internet address>}
with of course the "!" and thereafter in hidden text, etc.
I would try the ShortCut macro if you're worried about starting multiple
instances.
