WANTED: RADIO-L Listowner-Administration
(volunteer at this point)
The public and non-commercial RADIO-L discussion of digital
audio broadcasting (DAB) is seeking a listowner-administration to
co-administer a LISTSERV discussion with a listowner-moderation.
This is a great position for someone interested in emerging broadcast
technologies. Also, the listowner-admin would be in contact with
several parties including system administrators, DAB professionals,
journalists, educators, consumers, etc.
Listowner-admin would be primarily responsible for helping
participants subscribe and unsubscribe, and for coordinating service
with system administrators. Listowner-admin would also help with
decisions pertaining to the goals and operation of the forum.
Listowner-admin must have email access and be able to
check email at least once a day Monday thru Friday. A
listowner-admin in the umn.edu domain would have certain
advantages; however a umn.edu address is not necessary.
(The position is available because the current listowner-admin won't
have his email address for much longer.)
