In Excel 5,
Click on Help
Click on Examples and Demos
In the resulting Examples and Demos window,
Click on Printing
In the resulting pop-up menu,
Click on Setting Up a Sheet for Printing
The resulting window has a "Practice" button in the lower right that takes
you to a tutorial.
