ProSoft, the leader in hands-on instructor led Internet training in the U.S.,
has immediate openings for full-time (employee) and part-time (contractor)
positions developing Internet courseware. We develop courses for end-users,
systems engineers, and developers.
These positions are for our Washington DC/VA office. Contracting positions
are available off-site as long as you are located in the Washington, DC area.
We have an immediate requirement to develop courses centered around Microsoft
Internet Explorer and Front Page products.
Applications for these positions will be accepted from candidates who have
experience developing instructor-led courseware and training materials
including manuals and software documentation. Instructional Systems Design
background is preferred. Excellent writing and organizational skills are a
must.
Must be knowledgeable in the following areas:
- Microsoft's Windows and Windows 95 operating systems
- Internet and Web. Must be a very experienced user of client software
applications for FTP, Gopher, Email, WWW, WAIS, Telnet, Archie,
Newsgroups, Mailing Lists, etc...
- Netscape 2.0, 3.0
- Microsoft Internet Explorer
- HTML, HTML 3.0, and Netscape and Explorer extensions
Some Experience in the following areas is a Plus:
* Front Page and other high-end Web publishing tools
* Systems Analysis and Design
* Programming (C, CGI, JavaScript, Java)
* Graphic Arts and Desktop Publishing
* Internet Training
