Best Medical Dict or CD

I am in need of a medical dictionary, and I don't know whether to buy
a hardbound dictionary or get one on CD. (I would love the
convenience of the CD, however.)

Can anyone recommend a good medical dictionary or one on CD? If I'm
going to spend the money, I prefer to get a really good one.

Thanks,
