Responding to Pam Metivier: left vs full justification of text in
end-user manuals:
Left justification is less boring, and helps users keep their place if
they are looking back and forth between manual and something else.
have also learned that two columns rather than full page text is
easier to handle.
Use of italics:
Don't do it. use bold instead. Italics are hard to read.
